I have just released a new ancients army in both 10mm and 15mm, the Samnites.

I have done these with both Aspis and Scutum shields as they are depicted as using both.

These should hopefully make interesting allies or foes for the punic war period.

With the Samnites complete, I am about to start sculpting Atilla’s Hunnic Horde. I have been looking forwards to doing these guys for a long time. I am working a parallel project of Chibi role-play characters (28mm) that has been ticking along for the last year, hopefully I’ll get those out in the next couple of months. Next fantasy army will be Chibi Undead.

I have just released a new terrain pack, this one is designed only for FDM printers (yes I got a new toy and I have been enjoying the Bambu nature of it). The set contains stl files to print area terrain and hills, including built up areas, fields, forests and well – hills. The Forest and built-up area templates feature markers that help make it clear when a stand is more or less than 2cm into the terrain. I have included in the set some tessellating terrain features. To this end I have also updated both the Dry stone wall files and the river and road set files with versions of these assets that conform to the curves that I have used in this set. Hopefully this will help facilitate scenery that meshes better on the tabletop.

Anyway, big shout out to the FDM printer owners, I hope you like these files.

Hello, I hope you are well, following the release of the Macedonians at the end of 2025, it is time for a fantasy army:The Homeric Beastkin are here! This army is a combination of greek inspired mythology and arms. From Satyr skirmishers to Minotaur warriors, from Athena to Zeus, with Gorgons, Chimera and Cerberus included.

Samnites Incoming

My next historical army release will be Samnites, ideal for allies or adversaries to the Mid Republic Romans. These will be coming in the next couple of months.

The city streets set takes your built up areas to a new level. The set contains 6 city street bases, 6 mid sections and 6 roofs. In addition, each street section has a mirror image sculpt with different windows, doors and roof furniture – giving you 12 unique streets.

Macedonians are next!

They are coming, I promise! really sorry, they should have been ready for this release slot, but I got carried away with making alternate helmet and armour options, and adding units to the collection. The good news is that I have finished the 15mm sculpts, I am now working on the 10mm conversions. I am not going to promise a date as I have done this and failed twice now. Here is an image of some Indian infantry that will be in the set, you know, just to show I am doing something…

City Wall and Siege updates

I have also added a new boiling oil model to the Siege set (this one clips onto the wall palisade sections) and updated the broken wall elements in the city wall expansions so that they play nicely with the round towers. These files will be available in your downloads areas if you have purchased these sets.
