On purchasing printable files, Cromarty Forge Ltd, subject to the terms and conditions below, grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use these files strictly for your own non-commercial purposes.

2. Restrictions

• Printable files are for personal use only. Unless you have specific written permission from Cromarty Forge Ltd, you are not permitted to sell, rent, transfer, host, or otherwise distribute these files or physical or digital products derived from these files.
• With the exception of activities required to print these files (scaling, mirroring, slicing), you are not permitted to modify these files, or to use them, or part of them, as the basis for or as a component of any derivative work.
• You are not permitted to use these files, or any product derived from them, for the training of AI systems of any type without written permission from Cromarty Forge Ltd.

3. Availability of Service & Access to Files

We aim to provide continued access to our website and digital files for as long as Cromarty Forge Ltd operates. However, we do not guarantee perpetual or lifetime access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue access to the website or files at any time, for example if business operations cease or if continuing service becomes impractical due to cost or technical reasons. We recommend that customers download and securely store purchased files promptly after purchase, as Cromarty Forge Ltd cannot guarantee future re-delivery.

4. Change of Terms

Cromarty Forge Ltd reserves the right, at any time, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site, Services, or any part thereof with or without notice. You agree that Cromarty Forge Ltd will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site or Services or any part thereof.

5. Product Descriptions

We aim to make product descriptions accurate, but errors may occur. Cromarty Forge Ltd does not warrant that product descriptions, colours, images, or other content on the website are accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, or withdraw products at any time.

6. Availability & Pricing

Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. In the event of an error in price, we may, at our discretion, cancel the order or confirm the corrected price with you.

7. Orders

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We accept your order only by processing payment. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any orders, including if we suspect violation of these Terms.

8. Refunds & Support

• If a file is faulty or corrupted, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
• Under UK law, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a digital purchase. By starting a download immediately after purchase, you give your consent to waive this right.
• Once a download has begun, your order is non-refundable, unless the file is faulty.
• If you do not start the download, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cromarty Forge Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses relating to or arising out of:

• your use of or inability to use the site, services, or products,
• your violation of these Terms,
• or any injury coming from 3D printable designs supplied by Cromarty Forge Ltd, or from the general use of a 3D printer.

3D prints may include sharp edges, breakable parts, fire hazards, or choking hazards. As the person printing from these files, you accept full responsibility for ensuring safety. Dispose of printed parts and cleaning materials responsibly.

10. Intellectual Property & Infringement

All files remain the property of Cromarty Forge Ltd. Any unauthorised use, resale, or distribution may result in legal action. If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed by Cromarty Forge Ltd, please contact us at john@cromartyforge.com.

11. Privacy Policy

Your purchase and use of our services are also subject to our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
